How to make and print labels

1. Pick a size — 11 standard sizes (100×100, 100×80, 100×60, 100×50, 85×54, 80×60, 60×40, 50×25, 40×30, 30×20mm) or any custom millimeter size;
2. Fill content — title, subtitle and two free text lines. “Repeat” prints N identical labels; “per line” makes one label per line of text;
3. Attach a code — optional Code 128 or QR code plus its data;
4. Print — click Print, or “Save as PDF” in the browser print dialog.

Repeat mode vs per-line mode

Repeat suits runs of identical labels (“sample”, “fragile”). Per line suits shelf positions and asset numbers — each line of text becomes the label title while the other fields stay constant. Up to 500 lines, paginated automatically.

Printing notes

• Print settings: margins None, scale 100%. Browser default margins shift the whole layout and misalign labels;
• Label paper differs from plain paper: proof-print one A4 sheet, then overlay your label roll to check the first label position;
• Dedicated thermal label printers don’t use browser printing — this tool targets regular A4 adhesive labels with laser or inkjet printers;
• Wide formats (width ≥ height) place the barcode in a side area automatically.
