Batch QR Code Generator
Paste one entry per line to build an A4 print sheet.
Three steps to a batch of QR codes
- Paste values — one per line, up to 300. URLs, phone numbers, Wi-Fi strings (
WIFI:T:WPA;S:..;P:..;;) or any text; - Adjust — code size (15/20/25/30mm), spacing, error correction, and index/value labels;
- Output — click Print (browser print, can save as PDF) or Download PNG for a full-page high-res image.
Use cases
- Product packaging: a unique link or order number per SKU;
- Events: check-in codes or material links for each attendee;
- Bulk Wi-Fi: reception, trade shows, stores;
- Courses: one personal assignment or exam entry per student.
How many codes fit on a page?
The layout is computed for A4 (210×297mm) automatically. With the default 20mm codes, 3mm spacing and labels on, expect roughly 3 columns × 25 rows ≈ 75 codes per page; 15mm codes fit noticeably more. Up to 300 values are split across pages and printed in one job.
Print settings
- Margins: None (or minimum); Scale: 100% — never “fit to page”, it breaks millimeter accuracy;
- Paper size A4; enable “actual size” if your driver offers it;
- Proof-print the first page before a full run;
- Use “Download PNG” (150 DPI full sheet) to archive or share the sheet.
Why keep the index labels?
Once batch codes are stuck on physical items you can’t tell them apart by eye. The index + value (truncated to 26 chars) makes verification and re-printing easy, without touching the scannable area.
FAQ
How many codes can I generate?
Up to 300, automatically split across pages.
Can I mix different payload types on one sheet?
Yes. Each line is parsed independently — mix URLs, phone numbers and Wi-Fi strings freely.
Can I import a CSV?
Paste the first column of any CSV as plain lines. Structured CSV import is on the roadmap.
My printed codes don’t scan. Why?
Check: print scale 100%, margins “none”, code size ≥15mm — and use the high-DPI PNG export if printing from the image.
